Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full Time Compensation: $20+/hour, DOE; potential for annual and merit-based raises Benefits: Health, 401k w/match, profit sharing, ESOP Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-4: 30pm; OT as needed
Position Overview:
Run payroll, verifying deductions, benefits, and raises.
Print checks for both payroll and AP.
Match purchase orders with invoices, verifying prices and entering them into the computer.
Cover the front desk as needed.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Associate or Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Business Management required
2+ years of accounting experience required, preferably working in AP and Payroll
Adept with MS Office suite; previous experience with ComputerEase preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Keen attention to detail
