Answer phones and respond to emails, answering questions and providing excellent customer service.
Greet walk-in visitors, maintaining a welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Outstanding customer service
Adept with MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel
