AP Coordinator
Preference Employment Solutions is currently seeking an AP Coordinator with previous AP/General Ledger experience to work for a leading local business. This position cooperates with multiple departments to ensure that vendors and coworkers are well-served. Additionally, maintaining accurate payables and records is of vital importance. Location: Fargo, ND Schedule: Monday- Friday;8am 5pm Compensation: $19-$24/hour, DOE Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire, Full Time
Position Overview:
Direct outreach to vendors, accurately maintain invoicing and AP records.
Perform clerical duties including but not limited to reporting, faxing, filing, data entry, scanning, etc.
Reconcile inventory postings to accounts payable entries.
Report and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Must have at least 3 years of AP experience where AP was the sole or primary function of the position.
Must possess customer and employee service skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Outstanding communication skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Adept with computers, particularly MS Office suite
