Description: General accounting knowledge to perform basic bookkeeping functions (preferred).
Responsibilities: General support of the accounting department;updating and balancing the general ledger and subsidiary accounts;reconciling and reporting discrepancies found in reports;bank statement reconcilements;Preparing reports/spreadsheets;Assisting with accounts payable and receivable;official checks balancing;cash letter balancing;Asset liability mgmt;Monthly CECL reporting;maintaining prepaid and fixed asset ledgers;payroll assistance - liaison between payroll coi and DPCU;daily cash mgmt files;manage daily share draft file between DPCU & Alloya;assist with HR functions;assist with preparation of monthly financials;Prepare INSIGHT report;assist with preparation of quarterly call report;file unclaimed property report;sales & use tax report;1099-misc tax forms;945 Form;create reports in cyberquery.
