Administrative Assistant

If you have a knack for organization, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite, join us in making a difference in our community.  
Location: Fargo, ND
Type of Position: Temporary, Part Time
Compensation: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7-10 hours/week; flexible schedule 

Position Overview
  • Manage office operations, including mail, bills, technology, and cleaning services.
  • Send thank you notes to donors and engage in basic donor care for positive relationships.
  • Ensure a well-stocked and productive office environment.
  • Support sub-leasing clients promptly and professionally.
  • Assist CEO with administrative tasks for efficiency.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in office management or executive assistant positions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept with MS Office suite and Google suite
