Architect/Project Manager

We re seeking a talented Architect/Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion, working on innovative designs across commercial, retail, multi-family, and industrial spaces. Location: Fargo, ND
Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $90k/year, DOE

Position Overview:

Manage client accounts and consultant teams.
Coordinate municipal permits and oversee project schedules.
Apply knowledge of state and local codes to ensure compliance.
Conduct internal plan reviews and client design meetings.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture (preferred).
10+ years of architectural experience with expertise in construction documentation
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
Passion for delivering high-quality solutions while managing multiple projects simultaneously
