Location: Moorhead, MN Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full Time` Compensation: $16/hour Schedule: M-F, 10am - 6pm; 2-3 Saturdays a month (8am - noon)
Position Overview :
Provide excellent customer service in the office, at the drive-thru, and over the phone.
Accept deposits.
Process money orders.
Answer incoming calls regarding internet banking and customer transactions, among others.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
HS Diploma required; some college preferred
Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
Previous banking experience a plus
Basic computer knowledge required
Ability to multitask
