Type: Temp to Hire Location: Mapleton, ND Schedule: 2nd Shift 3pm 12am Monday Friday October April then 1st Shift 7am 3pm Monday Friday May - September Compensation: $20/hour+ DOE, excellent benefits once hired on
Position Overview:
Operate seed conditioning equipment according to specifications.
Utilize computers to track and record results and locate information.
Lift and clean equipment between conditioning runs to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System.
Perform general preventative maintenance of equipment to ensure quality product.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies/procedures.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers alike.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move up and down stairs frequently is required.
Previous conditioning and maintenance experience preferred.
Work independently to meet deadlines is essential.
