Customer Service Representative
Preference Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a local business. If you have a keen eye for artistic detail and are an experienced customer service professional, then come join this exciting time and apply today!
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8: 00am-5: 00pm Compensation: $15-$16/hour
Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire, Full Time
Position Overview :
- Greet customers and prepare invoices for customers.
- Serve customers at the front counter, processing their orders in a timely manner.
- Utilize the computerized pricing/estimating program.
- Answer the phone, directing calls appropriately.
- Handle routine questions and requests by customers.
- Deal with customer complaints and concerns, facilitating a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.
- Order stock or supplies as required for completing jobs, using proper procedures.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- At least one year in sales or customer service preferred; graphic arts industry experience a plus.
- Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Must have a good basic knowledge of computers, with a facility to handle new technologies.
- Must possess an aptitude for problem solving, an attention to detail, and an eye for color and design.
- Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
