Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: $70k/year
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
Position Overview :
- Work with the structural engineering staff to prepare an accurate model of a project s structural components.
- Create structural plans and construction details from sketches and markups provided by structural engineers.
- Work with clients to coordinate models between various consultants on the project team.
- Submit plans for building permits to building departments in various jurisdictions.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Previous relevant work experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry required
- Highly proficient in both Revit and AutoCAD
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communicator and work well with other team members.
- Have a proven ability to produce a clear and accurate set of construction drawings.
