Position Overview:
Grow & retain memberships.
Oversee 6+ annual events (incl. Gala).
Manage budgets & financials (QuickBooks).
Collaborate closely with the board.
Represent the organization in the community.
Streamline administrative operations.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Sales/fundraising/Executive Director experience.
Strong organization & time management.
QuickBooks & financial reporting proficiency.
Excellent communication & public speaking skills.
