Preference Employment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Operations Volunteer Coordinator that plays a key role in supporting families and farms impacted by crises. In this position, you will work closely with Field Operations Managers to coordinate volunteers, manage logistics, and ensure crisis families receive the assistance they need. You will play a crucial role in making a direct impact in the recovery and restoration of farm communities!
Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full Time
Compensation: $50k -$55k
Benefits: Use of vehicle, computer, iPad and phone for company business. Simple IRA match after 1 year, PTO & more. Travel as needed (company paid expenses).
Position Overview:
Coordinate volunteer efforts and logistics for crisis-affected farms and families.
Work closely with Field Operations Managers to ensure smooth, timely execution of support operations.
Play a key role in restoring and supporting farm communities in times of crisis.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM and related software.
Assist with data entry for development and fundraising, and related CRM/software tasks.
Collaborate in developing and implementing organizational programs.
Ensure field operations are being completed efficiently, safely and timely.
Promote and uphold the organization s culture, mission, and vision.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Bachelor s Degree in Business or related field.
2+ years of experience in related CRM and software data related activities.
Executive presence and ability to maintain a calm demeanor during high stress.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Keen attention to detail with superior organizational skills
