HR Business Partner
A well-known company in the Fargo/Moorhead area is seeking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to become a vital part of a dynamic team. If you are a Human Resources veteran with exceptional communication skills, we encourage you to apply today!
Location: Moorhead, MN Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: $65k-$75k/year, DOE; bonus potential
Position Overview:
- Promote a culture of safety, setting a positive example.
- Provide general coaching to frontline supervisors on employee relations matters.
- Conduct investigations for select employee relations claims.
- Ensure field operations are in compliance with various governmental laws and regulations around EEOC, Wage Hour, worker s comp., disability, FMLA etc.
- Support the implementation of corporate HR programs and policies.
- Support talent acquisition activities for exempt positions, including preparing offer letters.
- Provide support with on-boarding and orientation activities for exempt and non-exempt employees.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or commensurate work experience
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Adept with MS Office suite; HRIS experience strongly preferred; Workday a plus
- Keen attention to detail while managing multiple projects
