HR Business Partner A well-known company in the Fargo/Moorhead area is seeking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to become a vital part of a dynamic team. Location: Moorhead, MN Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time Compensation: $65k-$75k/year, DOE; bonus potential Position Overview:
Promote a culture of safety, setting a positive example.
Provide general coaching to frontline supervisors on employee relations matters.
Conduct investigations for select employee relations claims.
Ensure field operations are in compliance with various governmental laws and regulations around EEOC, Wage Hour, worker s comp., disability, FMLA etc.
Support the implementation of corporate HR programs and policies.
Support talent acquisition activities for exempt positions, including preparing offer letters.
Provide support with on-boarding and orientation activities for exempt and non-exempt employees.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or commensurate work experience
3-5 years of Human Resources experience required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Adept with MS Office suite; HRIS experience strongly preferred; Workday a plus
Keen attention to detail while managing multiple projects
