HR Generalist

This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a wide variety of policies, procedures, and services within the organization. Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm Compensation: $60k-$70k/year

Type of Position: Direct Hire; Full Time
Position Overview:
- Determine and implement practices related to personnel administration.
- Develop forms, internal procedures, and workflows related to personnel files.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure understanding of workplace needs and concerns.
- Post job vacancies and screen applicants.
- Make job offers and oversee the onboarding of new hires.
- Assist in the reconciliation of payroll and benefits accounts, and with the processing of open enrollments and annual reporting.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Associate degree required, Bachelor s degree preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year of recruiting experience
- SHRM preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
