Location: Bismarck, ND Type: Direct Hire, Full Time Compensation: $65k-$80k/year
Position Overview:
Recruit, interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline employees.
Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with all safety legislation.
Promote, encourage, possess, and maintain personal ownership mentality .
Develop and implement employee performance evaluations and personal improvement plans.
Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
Strive continually to increase store sales and profits.
Manage employee turnover by collaborating with HR on staffing needs, hiring, appreciation and retention planning, etc.
Provide a positive working environment and handle employee concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships;ensure that employees also provide the same level of service by leading by example .
Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
Manage location revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation, and delivery of deposits to the bank.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader/manager with a proven track record of success
Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication, and organizational skills
Ability and willingness to promote the organization locally through community involvement and social networking
Effective verbal communication and other job-related personal behaviors and skills
Upbeat demeanor with a sales-oriented personality
Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs on a frequently basis
