Type: Temp to Hire Location: Fargo, ND Compensation: $27 - $28/hour Schedule: 12 Hour Night Shift: 8: 00pm 8: 00am with rotating Schedule 8 Hour Night Shift: 11: 30pm 8: 00am
Position Overview:
Conduct preventative maintenance on automated equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability.
Document maintenance activities and work performed to maintain accurate records.
Replace and repair motors, circuit boards, sensors, bearings, and air cylinders.
Troubleshoot equipment issues to identify and resolve the root cause of problems.
Work independently during overnight shifts, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of machinery.
Willingness to learn and grow;mechanical experience is a plus, but we provide training for maintaining our specific equipment.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair automated equipment.
Experience in preventative maintenance and repair of industrial machinery is preferred.
Communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail are a must.
