Type: Temp to Hire Location: Fargo, ND Schedule: Week 1: Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat Week 2: Sun/Wed/Thurs All from 5: 45pm-6: 15am Compensation: $28-$30/hour DOE, excellent benefits
Position Overview:
- Set up, maintain and repair as needed of plant equipment and machinery.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, et al.
- Maintain the building and grounds to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and service electrical systems to keep machines running at optimal performance.
- Communicate with inventory specialists and team leads to coordinate tool change requests.
- Provide training and support to team members to improve productivity and safe operation.
- Participate in safety meetings, highlighting safety features/methods etc. For team members.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have experience with industrial mechanical equipment.
- Candidate should be mechanically inclined, with problem solving abilities.
- Communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
