Maintenance Supervisor

Compensation: $20-$24/hour; bonus potential
Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, PTO, 401(k) w/ match, FSA
Schedule: Monday-Friday; summer hours on Friday Type: Temporary, Full Time
Position Overview:
- Ensuring seamless and efficient operations within the maintenance department.
- Perform snow removal and some lawn care duties.
- Repair storage units, addressing issues with doors, latches, seals, and steel or trim components.
- Utilize basic skills when maintaining electrical and HVAC systems and repairing fences, trailers, etc.
- Monitor the physical condition of multiple properties.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Comfortable with using hand tools and equipment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver s License
