Marketing Specialist

Preference Employment Solutions is actively looking for a Marketing Specialist to join an exciting area business. This position creates communication materials that connect with customers and with dealers in a way that enhances the brand experience. Location: Fargo, ND
Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $55k/year, DOE

Position Overview: 
  • Develop graphics for social media, monitor platform engagement, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize existing measurement tools (i.e., Google Analytics) or develop new tools to determine the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Write/edit and build content for a variety of marketing communications.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events.
  • Manage all public relations and sponsorships, including managing relationships with industry partners and tradeshow groups.
  • Manage all promo requests and inventory ordering.




Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
  • Degree in communications or marketing preferred
  • Highly adept with social media and google suite
  • At least two years of marketing experience
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
  • Independent work style with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box
  • Background in agriculture a plus

If you could interview anyone, dead or alive, who would it be? I’d interview John Wooden who was the basketball coach at UCLA.  He was an excellent basketball coach but an even better teacher of life principles which I’m passionate about.

What are your top 3 life highlights or personal accomplishments? Ran a Full Marathon, Played College Football & Made the Decision to Live a Life of Continuous Growth
