Office Manager

Preference Employment Solutions is actively seeking an Office Manager for wonderful organization where you'll play a pivotal role in managing inventory, handling finances, and providing essential administrative support. Compensation: $45k - $52k/year, DOE; robust benefits package
Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time

Position Overview
  • Manage inventory tracking and management systems.
  • Handle purchase orders and vendor communication.
  • Enroll, verify, and update insurance for employees.
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes.
  • Utilize general accounting and bookkeeping knowledge to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Greet individuals entering the showroom (April-October) in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and CEO.
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties for two divisions of the company.

 Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or office management roles
  • Must be adept with Quickbooks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
