Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: $80k/year
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
Position Overview :
- Maximize performance by hiring, training, evaluating, motivating, and mentoring staff members.
- Maintain accountability for maximizing profit and loss of portfolio by managing each market and individual property s market rents and operating expenses.
- Collaborate and partner with the Services Director to ensure there is a team approach
- Travel throughout the company s properties and to remote offices to invest in team morale, audit operations, and provide support to team members.
- Market properties using creative and innovative ideas to meet goals.
- Oversight of resident retention/relation programs and effectively handling resident complaints.
- Prepare annual operating budgets and monthly financial reports, while also conducting effective variance analysis to identify and explain the material differences between budget and actual operating performance.
- Conduct monthly property inspections with site staff.
- Finalize the implementation of Yardi for the company.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor s Degree in related field
- 3 - 5 years of successful and progressive experience
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with property management required
- Proven experience leading people and organizations
- Valid Driver s License with proof of insurance required
