Plant Operator

Type: Temp to Hire, Full Time
Compensation: $20 - $24/hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5: 30/6am 2/2: 30pm, 45 hours/week avg. OR 2-10pm or 2-12am, never past midnight
Position Overview :
- Responsible for general warehouse duties, cleanup, and grounds work.
- Assist management with daily tasks and promote a team-work atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate, orderly records of business activities.
- Trouble shoot and approach problems with a forward-thinking attitude.
- Gather, clean, and package samples per customer request.
- Develop further efficiencies and procedures to promote reduced production cost.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proficient in English language strongly preferred
- CDL and forklift experience preferred
