Job Description
Production Associate Our client is looking to hire a Production Associate to provide assistance in fulfilling the organization s vision by designing and fabricating industry leading products.
Compensation: Starting at $18-$20/hour, variable depending on shift
Schedule:
- 6: 30am-2: 30pm
- 2nd Shift IG 3 -- 2: 30pm-10: 30pm
- 3rd Shift IG 1 -- 10: 30pm-6: 30am
Position Overview :
- Perform assignments in a safe and efficient manner
- Work to meet daily production goals through effective flow of units
- Inspect product for quality throughout the process to meet or exceed company and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Basic computer, math, and tape measuring skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
