Are you a friendly and energetic professional who loves making a great first impression? We re looking for a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our company. In this role, you ll handle administrative and clerical tasks with a customer-focused approach, ensuring every visitor feels valued. If you re personable, perceptive, and disciplined, with a knack for handling inquiries and providing accurate information, we want to hear from you!
Location: Fargo, ND Type: Full Time Compensation: $17/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am 5pm
Position Overview:
Greet and welcome guests while managing calls and inquiries.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and preparing parcels.
Process invoices, payments, and customer orders using QuickBooks.
Notify customers when orders are ready and assist with service orders for smaller repairs.
Direct customers for larger drop-offs, such as trailers or boats.
Maintain organized records and files.
Support additional administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements or restocking supplies as needed.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office (Excel and Word), and office equipment
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
High school diploma required;additional qualifications are a plus
