Compensation: Starting at $50k/year, DOE
Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Position Overview:
- Sell insurance policies, working to meet sales goals.
- Develop relationships, educating and communicating with customers on a regular basis.
- Calculate premiums and deductibles for clients.
- Promote the agency and its services to prospective clients.
- Evaluate current policies and recommend additional coverage when needed.
- Maintain confidential documents.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- High School diploma required
- Go-getter with a growth mindset
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills
