Inside Sales Rep
Preference Employment Solutions is actively looking for an Inside Sales Rep for a regional distributor. This position is responsible for developing relationships with customers with the goal of becoming the number one resource for material needs and problem resolution. Location: Moorhead, MN
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8: 00am-5: 00pm Compensation: Base + Commission - $75k-$100k/year, depending on performance
Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time
Position Overview :
- Communicate detailed information on a variety of products and services to both current and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation for each job.
- Organize and follow up sales calls with customers and their key representatives.
- Prepare weekly sales and visit reports.
- Submit complete proposals to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure a smooth transition of projects to team members and within departments.
- Develop, maintain, and correct accurate forecast information.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Welding and rebar market knowledge required
- Must be willing to travel, with periodic overnight stays in the tri-state region
