Service Assistant
Preference Employment Solutions is looking for a Service Assistant to be the newest member of a dynamic team at a local company. Are you a problem-solver and a self-starter? Location: Fargo, MN Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm;Friday, 8am-3pm Compensation: $20-$24/hour, DOE Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time
Position Overview:
Handle client service problems that have been discovered or assigned, answering front line service inquiries.
Make proactive client service calls.
Route phone calls to other team members as appropriate, serving as a backup receptionist.
Prepare materials for upcoming appointments, ensuring that all materials are accurately prepared.
Complete special projects for financial advisors.
Assist with filing paperwork (electronically).
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
High School diploma required;higher education preferred
Outstanding customer service skills gained through experience
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Keen attention to detail
Adept with Microsoft Office suite
Must have experience with writing formal business letters and email correspondence
Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
