Location: Fargo, ND Type: Direct Hire, Full Time Compensation: $55k - $65k/year, DOE;comprehensive benefits package
Position Overview:
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
Recruit, guide, and inspire our stylist team to deliver exceptional guest service and a passion for fashion.
Drive sales through customer engagement and innovative sales strategies, exceeding goals.
Stay ahead of fashion trends and customer preferences to guide product selection and presentation.
Build lasting relationships by understanding and fulfilling our customers' fashion needs and aspirations.
Ensure a secure, inclusive, and welcoming environment adhering to store policies.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Proven track record in retail management, particularly in fashion or intimate apparel.
Deep understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
Achieved sales goals through strategic thinking and exceptional customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills, enhancing the guest experience.
Ability to make informed business decisions aligned with brand values.
