This position will play a crucial role in training new technicians in maintaining and repairing large equipment for a local organization. Experience in mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and powertrain systems are needed to be successful in this position. Along with those skillsets, the ability to build rapport with students and different types of personalities throughout the training process is essential.
