Seeking welders who are dedicated with an attention to detail to join our team and contribute to the fabrication and assembly of high-quality agricultural components. Apply now!




Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Fargo, ND
Compensation: $22 – $28/hour, DOE
Schedule: 6am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

 

Position Overview: 

  • Join, fabricate, and repair metal agricultural equipment parts according to specifications. 

  • Work independently or with supervision on welding projects.

  • Operate and understand proper lifting and rigging techniques.

  • Operate forklift as needed to move heavy parts.

  • Other general duties as specified around the shop.

 

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

  • Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

  • Must be able to communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions in English.

  • Ability to work with basic layout tools, read blueprints, tape measure, etc.
