We are currently seeking an experienced Welder Supervisor to lead a talented team and ensure high-quality welding operations. Apply now! Type: Temp To Hire Location: Fargo, ND Compensation: $28-$32 per hour Schedule: 6: 00am-4: 30pm/Monday-Thursday (occasional Fridays)
Position Overview:
Supervise and mentor a team of welders.
Schedule and assign work tasks based on production requirements and deadlines.
Conduct training and onboarding for new team members.
Oversee all welding activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, blueprints, and specifications.
Monitor and maintain welding equipment.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Ability to operate and understand proper lifting and welding techniques.
Strong communication skills: ability to communicate and lead team members on a consistent basis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work well alone and with others.
