Installation and Warehouse Manager




Preference Employment Solutions is looking for an Installation and Warehouse Manager to join a thriving local business. This position is responsible for operational/service activities, collaborating with senior leadership, strategic partners, and customers to deliver exceptional customer service. Compensation: $50k-$60k/year 

Type: Direct Hire, Full Time




Position Overview:
  • Oversee delivery and installation estimates to ensure accurate costs for service.
  • Manage teams in executing day to day delivery and installation.
  • Ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and customer expectations.
  • Oversee and manage department cost, quality metrics, and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with the accounting department to turn in receipts for reimbursement and billable charges to jobs.
  • Manage tools, uniforms, and warehouse equipment.
  • Control outside overhead expenses incurred during installation.
  • Responsible for the training, implementation, and ongoing compliance of the safety plan.
  • Responsible for all DOT requirements and documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Identify staffing needs and participate in the hiring process to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Manage team performance effectively and in a timely manner through verbal and written communication.
  • Work with the sales team and management to resolve client concerns and complaints quickly and effectively.




Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or installation capacity required
  • Adept with MS Office suite
  • Must be able to travel occasionally.
  • Outstanding communication skills
