Type: Direct Hire, Full Time Compensation: $50k-$70k/year, DOE Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
Position Overview :
Maximize performance by hiring, training, evaluating, motivating, and mentoring staff members.
Prepare annual operating budgets and monthly financial reports.
Prepare bids and schedule jobs.
Operate equipment.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
3 - 5 years of successful and progressive experience
Proven experience leading people and organizations
CDL a plus
