Type: Temp to Hire Location: Fargo, ND Schedule: Week 1: Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat Week 2: Sun/Wed/Thurs All from 5: 45pm-6: 15am Compensation: $28-$30/hour DOE, excellent benefits
Position Overview:
Set up, maintain and repair as needed of plant equipment and machinery.
Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, et al.
Maintain the building and grounds to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Troubleshoot and service electrical systems to keep machines running at optimal performance.
Communicate with inventory specialists and team leads to coordinate tool change requests.
Provide training and support to team members to improve productivity and safe operation.
Participate in safety meetings, highlighting safety features/methods etc. For team members.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have experience with industrial mechanical equipment.
Candidate should be mechanically inclined, with problem solving abilities.
Communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
