Market available apartments and follow up with leads.
Answer calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective residents.
Conduct property tours and provide details on floor plans, amenities, and community features.
Process rental applications, background checks, and lead paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of resident information and transactions.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Reliable transportation
