Type of Position: Full Time Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, additional as determined Compensation: $62K - $72K DOE

Position Overview:
Oversee all case management withing the organization
Ensure compliance with government programs
Supervise Case Managers and evaluate workloads
Network with other agencies in the community
Work with management and leadership on operational improvements
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Bachelor s in social work or related degree
Minnesota Licensed Social Worker
Minimum of three years of experience working in human services and/or non-profit setting
Supervisory experience
