Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for a Commercial Property Manager for an organization based in Fargo, North Dakota. This position will manage properties in multiple states and be responsible for the complete performance of each property.
Location: Fargo, North Dakota
Type of Position: Full Time Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Compensation: $65K - $70K DOE

Position Overview:
Manage leasing, billing, maintenance, inspections, tenant transitions, insurance claims, vendor compliance, and all other operational requirements.
Support annual budgeting for operational and capital expenditure.
Oversee service contracts for quality and cost control.
Ensure lease agreement terms are in compliance.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
A minimum of 2 years experience in commercial property management or construction management
Knowledge of building maintenance systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
