Are you passionate about fixing engines and taking pride in quality work? Preference is looking for a skilled Mechanic / Engine Technician to join a local rental company in Fargo. In this role, you ll be a key part of keeping our rental equipment safe, reliable, and ready for customers.

Position Overview:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including lawn and garden equipment, skid steers, forklifts, trailers, and scissor lifts.
Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Dismantle equipment, replace or repair faulty parts, and reassemble to proper working order.
Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Experience in mechanical repair (engines, equipment, or similar).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
