Human Resources Manager Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for an HR Manager for an organization based in Oakes, North Dakota. Type of Position: Full Time Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Compensation: $70, 000 - $100, 000 DOE Annually
Bachelor s or associate degree in human resources or related field
A minimum of 5 years experience
Knowledge in federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, etc.)
