Position Overview:
Perform wheel alignments using diagnostic and alignment equipment.
Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires and wheel assemblies.
Test, install, and replace batteries.
Inspect and replace TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) components as needed.
Assist customers in front office with quotes, scheduling, and billing information.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Prior experience as a Alignment Technician is preferred
Strong understanding of tire service, vehicle alignment, and general automotive maintenance
Skilled in using various shop equipment and professional hand tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
