Type: Full time, Temp to Hire Salary Range: $25/hr.+ ($3.50 differential working overnights) Schedule: Shifts are as follows:
Day Shift: 7: 00am-5: 30pm/Monday-Thursday (Fridays as needed) Overnight Shift: 5: 30pm-4: 00am/Monday-Thursday (Fridays as needed)

Position Overview:
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on various metal components
Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders
Fabricate and fit parts to meet specifications
Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
At least one year of welding experience (MIG and/or TIG preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
