Position Overview:
Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the building and grounds
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Maintain outdoor areas through lawn care, snow removal, and general upkeep
Communicate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or inspections
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Proven experience in facility maintenance, building management, or related trade
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
