Position Overview:
Lead and oversee all daily caf and kitchen operations.
Build, train, and retain a strong, reliable team.
Set the tone for service, culture, and guest experience.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Own scheduling, staffing, and coverage needs.
Step in wherever needed, from barista work to kitchen support.
Handle guest interactions with professionalism and care.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Proven leadership experience in a caf, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
A professional who takes ownership and accountability, not just direction.
Strong operational instincts and attention to detail.
The ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
A team builder who creates buy-in and consistency.
ServSafe certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain it shortly after hire.
A positive, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
