Job Description: One of North Dakota's oldest and largest law firms, is seeking a full-time File Clerk/Receptionist.
The File Clerk/Receptionist will electronically scan, archive, and process documents, as well as file, record and provide document maintenance. This position will provide clients with exceptional customer service, take calls, assist with mail processing, and perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Position Overview:
Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning
Respond to client inquiries
Answer phones, direct calls
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Previous experience with legal documents and terminology a plus but not required
EXCELLENT written and verbal skills
QUALITY client service
STRONG attention to detail and the ability to multitask
